the objective of this project was to create a personalized and meaningful bike print design that celebrates the accomplishments of my mom’s latest ironman. the design reflects the passion for cycling and commemorates the specific states or countries where the ironman races have been completed. the final prints were framed and displayed as a tribute to her achievements.

the concept for these bike prints stems from her favorite portion of the ironman, the 113-mile cycle. using handcrafted typography to depict the names of the states and countries where the ironman races were completed, the overall design captures the essence of speed, endurance, and the thrill of cycling. vibrant and energetic colors were used to convey a sense of motion and excitement. the overall style blends handcrafted and digital aesthetics, combining the organic feel of hand-drawn type with the polished look of digital artwork.
